Terms of Use

1. General

The website www.mayashein.com (the "Site") is owned by Maya Sheinberger Interior Design (the "Studio"), which specializes in minimalistic interior design (the "Services"). By using and/or visiting the Site, you agree without any restriction or limitation to all the terms of use listed below (the "Terms of Use").

2. Access to the Site

The Studio grants you permission to use the Site, as set forth below in these Terms of Use, provided that:

  • You will use the Site for personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

  • You will not copy, distribute, or communicate any part of the Site without the prior written permission of the Studio.

  • You will not modify any part of the Site.

  • You will not use or create any automated system, including (but not limited to) "robots," "spiders," "generators," "viruses," etc., that allows access to the Site in a given period of time, or any other system that a normal and reasonable user is unable to operate.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its contents are provided "AS IS" for the purposes of providing information and for personal use only. The contents of the Site, including architectural designs, working methods, metrics (including the compactness index), interior designs, plans, drawings, photographs, works of art, graphics, images, texts, software, sounds, music, videos, and other products appearing on the Site (the "Content") are the property (or used with permission) of the Studio.

You may not use, download, save, photograph, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or exploit the Content for any purpose without the prior written consent of the Studio.

Trademarks and logos, including those of the Studio, which appear on the Site, whether or not they are registered as trademarks of the Studio (the "Trademarks"), belong to the Studio (or are used with permission). Trademarks may not be used without the prior written permission of the Studio.

Any use of the Content and/or Trademarks contrary to the above is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright, trademark, privacy, and advertising laws, as well as any other applicable legislation of the State of Israel and international law. The Studio regards its intellectual property as one of its most valuable assets and will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.

You agree not to bypass, prevent, or interfere in any way with the security of the Studio's content on the Site, or to operate software that prevents or restricts the use of the Site, or to copy any Content on the Site, or to enforce restrictions on the use of the Site and its Content.

The Site may contain links to third party sites and services ("Third Party Sites") with which you may contact, consume content, and download content. Unless otherwise stated, such sites and content are provided by companies that are not affiliated with the Studio.

The Studio does not endorse, represent, or take responsibility for any Third Party Site, and is not liable for the reliability of the content on Third Party Sites. The Studio will not be responsible for the content, privacy policy, or activities of any Third Party Site.

By using the Site, you release the Studio and any related party from any responsibility in connection with your browsing of Third Party Sites.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Site and the Content are provided "AS IS," without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. By choosing to browse the Site, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Site is at your sole risk.

The Studio and anyone working in collaboration with or on its behalf, including the Studio owners, managers, employees, content providers, and any other person, are not liable for the operation of the Site without interruptions and errors, for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other defects, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the Site or the accuracy of the information published on the Site.

The content displayed on the Site is for illustration purposes only and should not be relied upon for making a purchase decision or choosing the Studio's services. Only the provisions of a detailed agreement for ordering services from the Studio will bind the Studio.

6. Compensation and Indemnification

By using the Site, you agree to protect, indemnify, and compensate the Studio and any related party for any claim for damages, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

This obligation to indemnify will stand for the Studio and any related party in relation to these Terms of Use and your use of the Site.

The Studio reserves the right to change or edit the Terms of Use from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document will be updated. We encourage you to review the Terms of Use periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the amended Terms of Use.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms of Use and any legal obligations of the parties are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, regardless of your location. Any claim or complaint related to the Site or these Terms will be exclusively submitted to and resolved by the courts in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.

9. Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between the Studio and the user. Users confirm that they are over 18 years of age or have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Site and can fully fulfill the conditions, obligations, statements, and responsibilities stated in this document. If any provision of these Terms is deemed illegal by a court, other provisions will remain in full force and effect. Any waiver by the Studio of any provision or terms of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a continuous waiver of such terms.
